The personal data that you filled in the registration form and shared with EduMax Training Consultancy will be processed and saved by the organization until you have completed and paid for the course or until you cancel the registration / withdraw permission.

Your personal data will be destroyed after a maximum of 12 months starting from the date of registration.

This data processing is legal, based on your consent under Art. 6 para.1 p.1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 p.1 TDDDG.

Your website usage information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA, an action legitimized by the recent adequacy decision of the European Commission on July 10, 2023, recognizing Google LLC's certification under the EU-US Privacy Framework. Regarding data storage, all data linked to cookies is automatically deleted after a specified period, which is monthly for data that has reached its retention period, and up to 2 years for Google Analytics cookies.

We use Google reCAPTCHA in forms on our website to check whether the data entered in the forms is from human visitors or automated programs ("bots"). This tool automatically analyzes visitor behavior as soon as they interact with the website, using various information such as IP address, time spent, and mouse movements. Processed data includes usage data like the visited website, date and time of access, and mouse movements, as well as communication data like IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems. This processing targets website visitors and online service users. The primary purpose is to prevent misuse of our contact form and enhance security. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data recipients are Google Ireland Ltd, located at Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland, (Google Privacy Policy), and our website hosting provider. While your personal data is processed within the EU, the retention period for the processed data is determined by Google Ireland Limited.
